Our History
WMG Development is a full-service national real estate investment and development company that has executed a solid track record of successful development solutions.
In 1995, Dr. Rick Workman founded the first real estate company that would later become WMG Development, LLC. In the early years, our sole focus was to assist in the rollout of Heartland Dental’s impressive growth strategy, which propelled them to the largest dental support organization in the United States. As a result, the Workman Family’s real estate development companies have become the largest developer of dental tenant assets in the United States. This shared success has opened many other doors for WMG Development.
WMG now develops commercial real estate projects nationwide in a variety of industry segments including retail, healthcare, residential and mixed use. Our expertise and commitment to world-class experiences makes WMG Development one of the nation’s premier real estate developers.
