• Strong surrounding activity such as schools, theaters and parks, childcare centers, hospitals, sports facilities, and desirable grocers.
• Locations or land must be positioned in growing population centers in middle to upper middle demographic locations.
• Opportunities must be Fee Simple in nature. No ground lease opportunities will be considered.
