Property Management Coordinator

  • Quickly respond and resolve issues that may arise at various properties owned or managed by WMG Development
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating of work orders with tenants and service providers
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with tenants and service providers regarding facility maintenance and improvements
  • Ensure internal work order tracking systems are constantly up to date (Salesforce)
  • Establish process within Salesforce for tracking/reporting for all active work orders and potential projects
  • Develop tools, systems, and processes to ensure organization, documentation, and efficient reporting
  • Manage common area maintenance program for properties
  • Maintain service agreements in database
  • Develop annual facility assessment program to ensure properties are maintained to a world-class standard
  • Develop, establish, and manage preventative maintenance program
  • Create and maintain trust and strong relationships with internal and external parties
  • Keep abreast of current industry standards and trends
  • Work on special projects or key strategy initiatives for the company
  • Understand company’s strategic goals and implement corresponding plans
  • Perform routine property inspections
  • Assist with rent AR balances and rent collections
  • Financial reviews including budgeting and expense monitoring
  • Review of leases, REA’s and Property Owner Associations
  • Generate vendor/provider agreements and contracts
  • Manage third party management companies and vendors


The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree or 2+ years prior professional experience with a track record of consistently and successfully organizing projects. Previous knowledge and exposure to Salesforce software is beneficial. Advanced computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office are required.
