WMG owns and operates over 400 properties in more than 34 states & is rapidly growing!

  • Work alongside leadership team to build robust performance management systems.  
  • Track annual goals and continued education benchmarks for all team members.  
  • Spearhead onboarding of new team members to include new hire paperwork, benefit administration, and coordination of first 7-, 30-, and 90-day goals.  
  • Ensure annual compliance with any required training. 
  • Coordinate with 3rd party for approval of timecards and payroll administration. 
  • Assist marketing with tenure program and annual corporate wellness initiatives.  
  • Manage recruiting efforts nationwide to include job posting, interviewing candidates, and working with 3rd parties to source talent when needed.  
  • Maintain the highest standard of ethics and strict confidentiality in all aspects of the position.  
  • Oversee and provide necessary updates to the company handbook.  


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of prior professional experience providing support in the areas of recruiting and human resources. High level of integrity, strong communication skills, and advanced computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office are required.
