Annie Meltzer

Annie is responsible for identifying new opportunities for WMG’s customers in Tampa and Southwest Florida. Her role includes deal underwriting, negotiating land sales and tenant leases, leading strategic sales, and expanding WMG's presence in the region. She works closely with brokers, consultants, and the Construction team to ensure that critical dates and contractual obligations are met.

Annie was born and raised in Tampa, FL, and has a strong connection to the area. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate, which sparked her interest in Commercial Real Estate Development.

She enjoys spending time with her large family in Tampa and is married to Noah. They share two dogs, an Italian Greyhound named Cooper and a Whippet puppy named Sonny. In her free time, Annie loves cooking, exploring new restaurants, playing Mah Jongg, reading, and staying active, especially through fitness classes and cycling.
