Bill Wolf

Land Acquisitions Manager

Bill is a Land Acquisition Manager at WMG, where he works alongside Regional Development Managers to identify and secure land acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s goals and tenant needs. His approach involves leveraging his industry network, researching growth areas, and engaging directly with landowners to uncover valuable sites. Bill’s background spans multiple industries, but he has focused on real estate since 1997, starting with a developer who emphasized the importance of relationships in the business.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Bill moved to Naples, FL in 1981. He was drafted by the Yankees out of high school but opted to attend Troy University on a full scholarship, where he was part of a team that won back-to-back Division II National Championships. After college, Bill explored various careers, including coaching baseball and working as a stockbroker during the dot-com boom, before finding his passion in real estate.

Bill’s career is grounded in building strong relationships, a lesson he’s carried throughout his work in real estate, and he continues to thrive by staying connected with key industry figures. Outside of work, Bill’s journey has been influenced by his love for sports, particularly baseball, and his commitment to his community.
