Brennen Croy
Brennen leads the growth of WMG’s footprint in Texas. His responsibilities involve conducting market research and financial analysis for future developments, building relationships, and managing projects from start to finish. Brennen’s role includes deal negotiations, land control, tenant communication, and overseeing the due diligence phase, design, permitting, and construction, all aimed at adding value to the community and WMG. Originally from Effingham, IL, Brennen grew up in a family of six with three older sisters. After high school, he moved to Kentucky to attend the University of Kentucky’s 3+2 Engineering Program, where he was the President of his fraternity and served as Attorney General for the University Student Program. Later, Brennen moved back closer to home, where he met his wife, Brianna, who graduated from Washington University School of Medicine. Together, they have one son and one daughter, Everett & Adeline, and two dogs—a German Shepherd and a Blue Heeler.
In his spare time, Brennen enjoys traveling, playing golf, staying active, and hunting.
