Brent Esker

Brent is responsible for cash flow analysis, forecasting, debt financing transactions, treasury management, and insurance/risk management. Additionally, Brent oversees the financial reporting and accounting functions at WMG, which includes preparation of GAAP-based financial statements, tax compliance, income tax filings, trial balance and general ledger maintenance, and fixed asset accounting, Brent also advises the company on tax planning strategies, financial reporting considerations, cost-saving techniques, and plays a key role in securing debt financing to fund future growth.

Originally from Teutopolis, IL (T-town), Brent attended Lake Land College before earning his MBA from Eastern Illinois University. While at EIU, he passed the CPA exam and worked for a local CPA firm before joining WMG as Controller.

Brent met his wife, Kelly, while attending EIU, and they have three children. Brent enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, playing golf, and pickleball.
