Collin MacConnell

Collin MacConnell serves as Development Manager for Central, North, and Southeast Florida, where he focuses on identifying and advancing new development opportunities throughout the state. His responsibilities include site selection, market analysis, deal sourcing, leasing strategy, and coordinating projects.

Prior to transitioning into development, Collin built his career in commercial real estate brokerage, beginning with Reach Commercial in Melbourne before joining Atlantic Retail’s Orlando office. His brokerage experience focused primarily on retail real estate throughout Central and East Florida, where he worked with landlords, developers, and national and regional tenants on leasing, site selection, and new development opportunities.

His experience on the brokerage side gives him a strong understanding of both the tenant and ownership perspectives of a project. In his current role, Collin combines that market knowledge with a relationship-driven approach to sourcing sites, navigating development opportunities, and helping bring high-quality commercial projects from concept to completion.
