Curt Frost

Curt Frost is President and CEO of WMG Development and Workman Management Group, LLC, a family office focused on commercial real estate development, investment, and long-term asset management.

Over the course of his career, Curt has helped grow WMG into a nationally recognized development and investment platform spanning 35 states and more than 500 properties. Under his leadership, the company has completed more than $1 billion in sales transactions and produced a retail development pipeline of over $1.2 billion of committed projects across the country.

A firm believer that success is built on trust, Curt approaches development as a people business first. Whether working with communities, tenants, brokers, lenders, investors, or teammates, he values showing up, listening, and following through over the long term. Before joining WMG, Curt held leadership roles with Heartland Dental, focusing on recruitment, development, and operations. The experience reinforced his belief that strong organizations are built by investing in people and developing future leaders.

Outside of work, Curt enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, and their three children, traveling, and being outdoors.  He enjoys hunting and golfing and he is passionate about continuous learning, mentorship, and helping business leaders grow through coaching, leadership development, and trusted peer relationships.
