Darenda Marvin

Darenda works with the team across all its regions providing support through her expertise in land use entitlements. Her role includes collaborating with legal partners during land acquisitions and our design partners during permitting. She excels in navigating the complex multi-agency regulatory processes often required for WMG’s projects. Darenda attended the University of Alabama and joined WMG after a lengthy career as a planner at a law firm where she led land use planning and entitlement efforts for large master planned communities.
