Davey Brown

Davey leads a talented team of creative problem-solvers dedicated to improving local communities through commercial real estate development. He focuses on building strong broker and tenant relationships to identify growth opportunities for the WMG brand. Working closely with the Planning/Entitlement and Design/Construction teams, Davey ensures the delivery of innovative solutions, industry-leading customer service, and exceptional developments for tenant partners.

A Florida native, Davey grew up in the New Smyrna Beach area. He met his wife, Britton, in 2015, and they married in January 2020. The couple recently relocated to the Longwood-Wekiva area with their two dogs, Daisy and Mackerel.

Outside of work, Davey has a deep passion for the outdoors. He enjoys flats fishing on the Mosquito Lagoon with his father, a guide in the area for most of Davey’s life. Each fall, they hunt whitetail deer together in the Georgia pine woods. Additionally, Davey and his wife enjoy taking their center console boat offshore fishing, including trips to the Bahamas to experience the clear blue waters and abundant marine life.
