Erin Foley

Erin Foley serves as Senior Director of Operations for WMG Development, where she helps lead the company’s operational efforts and supports the continued growth of its development platform. She works closely with executive leadership to improve processes, support organizational initiatives, and create alignment across teams. Erin is passionate about developing people, strengthening operations, and helping the organization execute its long-term vision.

Before joining WMG, Erin spent her career with a privately held, owner-operated multifamily real estate company, where she held executive leadership positions focused on operations, organizational leadership, and business performance. She believes exceptional organizations are built on trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to serving others. Throughout her career, Erin has been known for building strong relationships, mentoring future leaders, and creating practical solutions that help teams and organizations succeed.

A Florida native and graduate of the University of Central Florida, Erin is committed to continuous learning and enjoys finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her husband Michael, and their two dogs, Gus and Winnie. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, collecting a Christmas ornament from each destination she visits, attending concerts, and playing as much golf as possible.
