Eve Lowry

Eve acts as a key operational and strategic partner to the real estate development team, combining administrative coordination, analytical support, and cross functional collaboration. Focusing on streamlining workflows and ensures seamless execution across all stages of the development pipeline.

Eve was born and raised in Tampa, FL, with family ties to Marathon, FL. She's the middle of three daughters. After graduating from Keiser University in 2021, Eve began her career in real estate. Early experience in marketing, operations, and financial analysis provided a strong foundation in commercial real estate and ultimately led her to specialize in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Tampa Bay MSA before joining WMG.

Outside of work Eve enjoys yoga and Pilates, going to the beach, baking sour dough, and spending time with her friends and family.
