Forrest Popoff

Forrest enjoys helping turn ideas into places that serve people. As a Project Manager, he coordinates due diligence, site planning, permitting, and the development process while working alongside the real estate team, consultants, tenants, and construction managers to help keep projects moving from concept to completion. He thrives on bringing people together, solving challenges, and transforming vacant buildings and undeveloped sites into projects that create lasting value for the communities they serve.

A Central Florida native, Forrest attended the University of Central Florida, where he met his wife. They now live in the Winter Garden area with their daughter and their Blue Heeler, Archie.

Outside of work, Forrest enjoys traveling with his family and is on a mission to visit all seven continents with his wife, having explored five so far. Whether he's golfing, spending time outdoors, exploring a new place, or building something in his workshop, Forrest enjoys staying active and learning new skills. He believes there's always something new to learn and values building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
