Primary Area of Focus: Inland Carolinas

Garrett works closely with retail and brokerage partners across KY, TN, GA, AL, & the FL Panhandle to help meet client expansion goals. His knowledge in site identification and understanding of the commercial development lifecycle is key in providing clarity to the process.

Garrett hails from central Illinois. He played junior college baseball in Springfield before transferring to SIU-Carbondale, where he earned a BS. After graduation, he volunteered with the Peace Corps in Albania, spending two years in the Albanian Alps before starting with WMG.

Garrett is an avid St Louis Cardinals fan, enjoys playing guitar, albeit "badly," and enjoys being in the woods. He and his wife, Mandy, live in Teutopolis, IL, where they are staying busy with their son, Miles.
