Jake Bohnhoff

Jake is responsible for managing accounts receivable, including overseeing rent payments. He also handles Florida and Arizona rent sales tax payments and monitors day-to-day activity for all real estate entities. Additionally, Jake facilitates communication with the insurance provider to ensure all properties are properly covered and manages claims.

Originally from Dieterich, a small town in Illinois, Jake attended Lake Land College before graduating from SIU Carbondale with a BS in Accounting.
