Jason Benline

Jason leads WMG Development’s Real Estate Asset Management Team, focusing on strategy and execution. His team is responsible for managing leasing activities, ensuring timely stabilization of assets, and overseeing the management or disposition of stabilized assets. This includes portfolio and capital planning to assess whether assets are best suited for long-term financing or should be sold to reinvest capital. Additionally, Jason manages the relationship with Heartland Dental, supporting their growth through affiliations and new locations.

Originally from Effingham, Jason grew up attending St. Anthony schools. His family is based in Effingham, with his parents and older brother living there, while his younger sister resides in Plainfield, IL.

Jason is married to his wonderful wife, Morgan, and together they have four children: Emma, Jack, and twins Ava and Elana. In his free time, he enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including sports, antique tractors, and steam engines. He is also passionate about reading, particularly topics related to business, finance, and stock markets.
