John Winck

John partners with executive leadership to expand and scale the WMG Development platform by identifying high-impact opportunities, developing executable strategies, building scalable processes, and implementing systems that deliver measurable enterprise value. He is passionate about creating solutions that help facilitate growth and success of an organization.

Originally from Indiana, John graduated from Indiana University, where he competed on the varsity swim team. Following graduation, he joined ALDI and spent 10 years in a variety of leadership and operational roles across store operations, new store openings, project management, procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance. Most recently, he led the US and international quality strategy for the business. John has lived and worked in several locations, including Missouri, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, and Scotland, gaining diverse experiences across multiple markets and functions.

Outside of work, John’s greatest joy is spending time with his family. He and his wife, Kelsey, have traveled around the world, and they now enjoy creating new adventures and lasting memories with their son. Whether exploring a new destination, spending time outdoors, or enjoying a day near the water together, family is at the center of how John spends his time. He especially appreciates activities that bring him outdoors, including running, golfing, swimming, and spending time on the water.
