Jonathan Brumleve

Jonathan plays a key role in managing and overseeing Workman Management Group’s activities, including the investment, financial, accounting, lease administration, and financing aspects of the real estate portfolio. He also manages investment relationships for WMG and its subsidiary companies. Jonathan works closely with the executive team, providing advice on matters such as treasury management, investment reviews, asset allocation, estate planning, and financing and tax strategies. Originally from Effingham, Jonathan lived in Chicago, Charlotte, and St. Louis before joining WMG. His diverse career journey involved gaining experience in financial services, professional golf, banking, and accounting, helping him figure out his career path after college.

Jonathan and his wife, Jodie, recently celebrated their ten-year anniversary. They have three children—Nora, Evelyn, and Samuel —who keep them very busy. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and playing as much golf as possible.
