Jordan Workman

Jordan is a Project Coordinator supporting the Asset Management team, where he assists with work orders, tenant coordination, and internal operations for stabilized projects. In this role, Jordan gains valuable exposure to the construction management side of the industry while helping ensure smooth project execution. Known for being highly organized and eager to learn, Jordan is passionate about helping others and is committed to growing in the commercial real estate field.

Originally from Effingham, IL, Jordan moved to Orlando in 2008. After graduating high school in 2017, Jordan spent three years racing cars while pursuing college studies. Jordan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the spring of 2024. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time on the lake and working on cars, continuing to cultivate a love for both the outdoors and automotive pursuits.
