Landon Jansen

Landon is a Construction Manager who oversees construction activities across multiple zones and brands, including new construction, rebuilds, and remodels, to align with the company’s strategic goals. His role encompasses managing projects from bidding to closeout, including budgeting, bid evaluation and negotiation, progress reporting, quality control, and day-today construction operations. Acting as the primary contact for general contractors, Landon conducts regular onsite inspections to enforce quality and safety standards while fostering transparent and collaborative relationships within the industry. Additionally, he provides input on opportunities from due diligence through design, takes the lead on utility setup, and ensures construction schedules and costs align with project budgets. He also focuses on maintaining development timelines, achieving key milestones, and identifying actionable solutions to drive successful project outcomes.

Landon obtained an Associate’s degree in Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management while in college. He joined the WMG team in 2022 right after college. Landon enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, participating in sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
