Leah Fitzpatrick

Leah is responsible for overall project management and assists the real estate team with site selection analysis. She manages the due diligence process and site planning, helping to establish the development program. Leah reviews construction documents throughout the permitting process and coordinates with the real estate team, consultants, third-party tenants, and general contractors throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Originally from Central Florida, Leah attended college there and later met her husband. They have two children, Liam and Emma, and enjoy family outings, particularly weekends filled with sports activities.

Leah and her family love to travel, aiming to take at least one international trip and several weekend trips each year. They cherish these travel experiences and make the most of each adventure. Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors, whether at the beach, the park with her kids, or poolside with friends.
