Leana Walters

Leana plays a key role in producing data-driven reports and presentations for WMG's executive leadership, focusing on KPIs, investment forecasts, and capital strategy, all of which contribute to making imperative business decisions for the company. She ensures data accuracy across various platforms while also being involved in strategic planning and process improvement amongst the organization from an operations standpoint. Leana works closely with leadership to define and execute company goals, driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency.

She grew up in Fort Lauderdale and then earned her Industrial Engineering degree from UCF. She has a passion for traveling, outdoor activities, golf, and cherishes creating memories with friends and family, especially with her husband and daughter.
