Lee Ann Schmidgall

Lee Ann is responsible for vendor setup, lease administration, utility setup and disconnections, as well as facilities maintenance. She also manages relationships with existing tenants, oversees delinquency reports, and prepares annual common area maintenance reconciliation statements.

A native of Teutopolis, Illinois, Lee Ann is the youngest of six siblings. She and her husband, Bryan, have been married for 14 years and have two dogs, Roxy and Indy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, sewing, reading, and spending time with friends & family.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lee Ann is deeply involved in her community. She has volunteered for four years as an advocate with CASA of Effingham County, where she visits children in foster care, observes visits with their parents, and reports to the court on the children’s situations.
