Reese Kiple

Reese is responsible for managing construction tasks for all active projects in the Southwest FL region, overseeing the entire process from due diligence to design. He plays a key role in fostering relationships with contractors, ensuring the team is well-prepared to meet the company's strategic goals. Reese also leads utility setup, construction schedules, and managing costs to stay aligned with project budgets.

Originally from Harrogate, England, Reese grew up in South Jersey and lived in Annapolis, MD for 21 years before relocating to Florida 15 years ago. He is a proud father to two daughters, Kristina and Kourtney, and has been happily married to his wife, Karen, for 25 years. In his personal time, Reese enjoys spending his days off with his grandchildren—Evelyn, Ayla, Knox, Payden, and Payslee.

Outside of work, Reese has a passion for playing golf and senior softball, looking forward to playing in various locations across the country. He also enjoys assisting his wife with her love for crafts and indulges in traveling when time permits. Family-oriented and dedicated to his work, Reese is committed to making each project a success while cherishing time spent with his loved ones.
