Ryan Jansen

Ryan manages commercial real estate projects across the West region, overseeing various stages from deal approval to construction completion. His responsibilities include managing due diligence, planning, design, permitting, and pre-construction processes. He works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication among stakeholders.

Born and raised in Teutopolis, IL, Ryan is a dedicated family man, happily married to Holly. Together, they have four children: Grady, Maggie, Griffin, and Lola. He stays active helping coach his kids' soccer and baseball teams, volunteering with his church, and actively serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Teutopolis Fire Department since 2013. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hunting, outdoor activities, and improving his golf game with friends and family.
