Scott Hoene

Scott is responsible for overall project management to provide helpful insight and problem-solving skills that assist leading our world class team members. He uses his Civil Engineering and Surveying experience to primarily focus on the early stages of Development by supporting the Development Team with site selection analysis and early risk management. He then comes full circle to assist the Construction Management team, ensuring they deliver quality developments and a world class customer experience to our tenants. Originally from Sigel, IL, Scott graduated from Teutopolis High School and continued his education at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He and his wife, Michele, reside in Teutopolis, IL and are blessed with four daughters: Addison, Lexi, Halle, and Lanae.

Scott became a Professional Engineer in 2011 and a Professional Land Surveyor in 2017, accomplishments he takes great pride in. In his spare time, Scott enjoys farming, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. He is also an active member of St. Francis Catholic Church and Teutopolis Knights of Columbus Council #2874.
