WMG DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES KEY LEADERSHIP PROMOTIONS SHAPING THE NEXT CHAPTER OF GROWTH

We’re proud to announce two key leadership promotions that will help guide WMG into its next chapter of growth and innovation. 

Craig Kopko - Chief Development Officer 

Craig Kopko has been promoted to Chief Development Officer, where he will continue to shape our development strategy with a focus on WMG’s nationwide retail and mixed-use projects. 

Craig has been instrumental in guiding our development program across multiple markets uniting teams, driving complex projects, and leading with integrity, collaboration, and strategic clarity. His ability to see the big picture while keeping a steady focus on execution has helped set the tone for excellence across our entire organization. 

In this new role, Craig will oversee our national development strategy and continue leading with the same commitment and purpose that have defined his time at WMG. 

Davey Brown - Executive Vice President of Development 

Davey has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Development, expanding his leadership across all regions and continuing to strengthen our nationwide retail development platform. 

Since joining WMG, Davey has demonstrated a relentless focus on results, collaboration, and execution. His leadership has helped elevate our operations, strengthen relationships, and drive meaningful outcomes for our partners. In this expanded role, Davey will guide regional teams and help drive the next wave of growth across WMG’s development network.
