WMG Welcomes Todd Bleakley to the Team

WMG brought Todd Bleakley on board as the first Vice President of Multifamily. He comes to us with extensive knowledge of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily investments. With over 19 years of experience in the institutional multifamily space, Todd successfully led Class-A market-rate institutional developments totaling over 10,000 units and valued over $1.9 billion across Florida’s major and secondary markets. Todd previously managed boutique, regional, and national development offices throughout Florida and the Southeast. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.

As WMG Development’s inaugural Vice President of Multifamily, Todd will offer his wealth of experience to locate multifamily opportunities in our existing portfolio and expand our capabilities in mixed-use developments.

Todd currently lives in Florida with his wife and two children.
